The past month has been outrageously busy, full of fun events and great opportunities. I received a call a few weeks ago from an acquaintance who recently purchased a local chocolate franchise, and so she called me looking for a young, enthusiastic chocolatier. She made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and I said yes! In lou of that I am deeply sad to leave my pastry chef position at tulips and maple. So I have decided to do a small compilation of some of the desserts I did while with the company.
